Below are the steps to take if something goes wrong. Cancel Before Sending<\/h3>\r\nYou can cancel your order before Japan Post picks up the package: Please email <a href=\"mailto:info@azimka.ru\">info@azimka.ru<\/a> and include your order number. We will refund the full amount paid, including shipping costs.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Goods of satisfactory quality<\/h3>\r\nOnce an item has been shipped, we do not accept voluntary returns or exchanges of goods of satisfactory quality due to a change of mind. This does not limit the rights granted to you by mandatory law.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Damage, defects, misclassification, or underdelivery<\/h3>\r\nIf the item arrived damaged, defective, does not match your order, or is missing something, please email info@azimka.ru with your order number and a description of the problem.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>Please let us know as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>If possible, please include photos of the item, the packaging, and the shipping label, and keep the item and its packaging until we provide further instructions.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n \t<li>The absence of a photo or the original packaging does not, in and of itself, disqualify you from having your request reviewed.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Solution<\/h3>\r\nWe will offer a replacement, a proportional price reduction, or a refund. If the resolution requires returning the item, we will provide the address and shipping instructions and cover the shipping costs.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Refunds<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\nRefunds are processed through PayPal via the original transaction.
