Delivery to Russia. Updated 10/22/2021

We have decided to temporarily suspend shipments via SURFACE mail. The reason for this decision is the transport collapse at the port of Vladivostok and, as a consequence, the wild delays in the delivery of parcels from Japan. This “traffic jam” is expected to last until February 2022.

This week we sent a letter to Japan Post regarding the insane delivery times of our shipments from Japan to Russia via SURFACE mail. After a brief investigation, we received a response: on average, parcels to Russia take 3-4 weeks to arrive and then wait to be unloaded at the port of Vladivostok. Thus, orders sent on July 3 arrived in Vladivostok at the end of July and are still! in containers at the port and will be unloaded, as we have learned, no earlier than mid-November.

For residents of the Russian Federation, courier delivery via PONY Express and delivery by sea consolidated cargo remains available. You can learn more about these types here.
