Orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post. We do not ship to the Russian Federation.
Currently, the list of countries where Airmail and EMS shipping is available has been significantly reduced. You can find out which shipping methods are available to your country, as well as their costs, in your shopping cart when placing your order. 

1. Japan Post Surface Mail—packages are shipped from Japan to their destination or a transit point by sea, and the remainder of the journey is by land. This is currently the cheapest shipping option. It is also the slowest, with delivery times ranging from 1.5 to 3 months. All packages are registered and come with a tracking number.

2. Japan Post Air Mail (e-Packet/Small Packet) — primarily available to residents of Asia, Europe, Canada, and the U.S. Estimated delivery time is 2–3 weeks. All packages are registered and come with a tracking number. This shipping method offers the best value for packages (boxes) weighing up to 2 kg. If your order weighs more than 2 kg, we will ship it in multiple packages.

3. Japan Post EMS Air Courier Service—air courier delivery with a tracking number. Delivery times range from 3 to 14 days. A courier will deliver the package to your home at a time convenient for you. Packages are shipped via Japan Post.

After verifying that the items you’ve selected can be shipped, we’ll send a payment notification to the email address you provided when placing your order.

PLEASE NOTE! All delivery times are approximate—information provided by shipping companies (Japan Post and postal operators in the destination country). Delivery times depend on the city and the season. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or is significantly delayed, please contact us—we will reach out to Japan Post and help resolve the issue.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically in the shopping cart and depend on

• total order weight; volumetric weight of the order; shipping method.

The city to which an order is shipped from Japan does not affect the shipping cost. Azimka.shop does not charge any additional shipping fees; all rates can be viewed on the Japan Post website.
