Payment Methods

Payment for orders on AZIMKA.shop is accepted only via PayPal. The payee is SUMOTORI Japan Co., Ltd. (Japan).

Within PayPal, you can pay for your order using your PayPal balance or a credit/debit card linked to your account, provided PayPal supports that card in your country. PayPal determines which payment methods are available.

How to Pay

  1. Place your order on the website and select PayPal as your payment method.
  2. Before paying, you’ll see your order details, shipping cost, total amount, and payment currency.
  3. After successful payment, we will send an order confirmation to your email address.
  4. Order fulfillment begins once payment is confirmed.

If the final weight of the package after packing exceeds the estimated weight, we’ll send you a separate PayPal link via email to cover the additional shipping cost. The price of the items remains unchanged.

Security

Your card information is processed by PayPal. We do not receive or store your card number or security code. Do not send us your PayPal passwords or card details.

Currency Conversion and Fees

If your card’s currency differs from the payment currency, the conversion will be performed by PayPal or your bank according to their respective rates.

Refunds

Refunds are processed through PayPal as a reversal of the original transaction and credited to the original payment source. The actual time it takes for the refund to be credited depends on PayPal and your bank. Refund terms are available on the “Returns and Exchanges” page and in Section 6 of the Public Offer Agreement.
