Hydrochloride acts as an antihistamine, which quickly reduces swelling, itching, and redness.

Since the product does not contain alcohol or menthol, it can be applied even to sensitive areas of the skin. If redness, a bite, etc. is near the eye, gently close the eye with a finger while applying. Do not apply internally.
