The hydrophilic oil gently removes makeup, deeply cleanses pores, and rinses off easily with water.

Contains no preservatives, mineral oil, or alcohol. Also suitable for makeup removal with eyelash extensions (safe for cyanoacrylate glue).

Shelf life is 3 years. After opening the bottle — 4 months. There is a sticker on the inside of the packaging where you can write the date when the bottle was opened and stick it on the bottom.

Fancl hydrophilic oil retains the skin’s natural moisturizing component — PCA amino acid.

PCA is found in the skin as part of the natural moisturizing factor (NMF) and protects the skin from moisture loss. Cleansing the skin with soap-based products can lead to PCA being washed away and not having time to recover. As a result, daily skin cleansing becomes a stressor, and the skin becomes drier and rougher after washing.

The Japanese skin cleansing system includes 2 steps: makeup removal and subsequent washing. To maintain the content of the natural moisturizing factor in the skin, it is recommended to use FANCL Washing Powder after makeup removal.
