BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) – branched-chain amino acids – are essential amino acids (those that cannot be synthesized in the human body, making their intake from food important): leucine, isoleucine, and valine. Method of use and doses:

Open the packet and pour the contents into your mouth, wash down with a sufficient amount of water. It is recommended to take 2 packets a day: 1 packet 30 minutes before training or immediately after training, 1 packet during the day, but no later than 30 minutes before bedtime. Course duration: 4-6 weeks, followed by a break of at least 2 weeks.
