HADA LABO Shirojyun Whitening Emulsion improves the overall tone and texture of the facial skin, helps to lighten pigmentation spots. The whitening emulsion is based on plant-derived arbutin and vitamin C.

Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) – penetrates deep into the skin layers, activates collagen synthesis in the skin. It prevents melanin production, thereby reducing the formation of pigmentation spots. Vitamin C is effective in lightening freckles and pigmentation spots.

Arbutin – suppresses the activity of tyrosinase*, thereby preventing melanin production. Arbutin also helps to lighten pigmentation spots and freckles.

For hydration, the emulsion contains hyaluronic acid in nanomolecular size for penetration into the deep layers of the facial skin.

The whitening emulsion does not contain dyes, fragrances, alcohol, or mineral oils.

*Tyrosinase is an enzyme that catalyzes the synthesis of melanin.

How to use: pour a small amount of emulsion into the palm and gently pat it onto the face and neck.
