How to avoid paying for air!

Often, seeing a new order, my heart bleeds when it contains items weighing 1 kg, but the delivery cost to the customer is already like for 2 kg…. Therefore, trying to put myself in the customer’s shoes (after all, no one wants to pay for air), we start writing to the customer that they can add something without increasing the delivery cost, and everyone happily accepts this opportunity.

Now, for your convenience, we have added information about the total weight of the future package in our store. By going to the “cart” section, you can see not only the cost and type of delivery but also the total weight (gross) of your order. This is convenient for residents of those countries where only ground delivery SURFACE is currently available (Russia, Ukraine, the USA, etc.). With this type of delivery, the step for increasing its cost is equal to one kilogram. In other words, if the weight of your package is 2300 grams, it is more beneficial to increase it by adding items up to 2999 grams. The cost of shipping will remain the same.

How to understand how much each item weighs?

In the description of each item, you will find a section “Details”. It specifies the weight of the item including the packaging of the package, the type of product, brand, and manufacturer.
