ITOH Metapro Aojiru green drink contains young barley leaves, soluble dietary fibers, and lactic acid bacteria. The drink is recommended for all age groups. For everyone who experiences a lack of fiber and vitamins, eats few high-quality vegetables regardless of the season.

Young barley leaves contain a large amount of vitamins and minerals (calcium, iron, zinc, potassium, magnesium, copper, beta-carotene, vitamins B1 and C), amino acids (tryptophan and alanine, which have sedative properties and improve sleep quality).

Dietary fibers (dextrin) improve intestinal function, lower cholesterol levels, and normalize blood sugar levels.

Aojiru tastes like grass. For easier consumption, it is recommended to dissolve the powder in milk, yogurt, soy milk, sports drinks, slightly acidic water, or juice. The composition of the drink is as natural as possible, with nothing unnecessary.
