MAMA’S CARE Relief Cream for mastitis, 80 g

MAMA’S CARE – a skincare line for pregnant and nursing mothers from the Mammy Camp TOKYO BAY Maternal Health Center (Japan). The line is designed for women who face challenges such as stretch marks, swelling, and dry skin during this difficult period for their bodies. The development of MAMA’S CARE products focuses on preparing the tissues of future mothers for the demanding labor process, intimate care after childbirth, and the restoration of damaged skin post-delivery.

Organic soothing cream to prevent lactation-related issues. Traditionally, cabbage leaves have been used as a folk remedy to reduce high temperatures, alleviate pain and swelling (signs of mastitis, or inflammation of the mammary gland) in the breast area during breastfeeding. The cream contains cabbage leaf extract, which has anti-inflammatory properties and promotes the resorption of milk stasis areas. For greater effect, it is recommended to use the cream chilled, for which it should be stored in the refrigerator.

The cream has a pleasant light texture with a refreshing herbal scent of lavender and lemongrass. Free from artificial colors, fragrances, and parabens.

Active ingredients:

• Cabbage leaf extract (rich in vitamins C, U, K, and folic acid) – a powerful natural antioxidant that prevents the onset and development of mastitis, as well as increases skin elasticity.
• Licorice root extract – relaxing, antihistamine, and anti-inflammatory action.

How to use:

Starting from the first days of breastfeeding (right in the maternity hospital), after each feeding, apply a small amount of chilled cream gently over the entire breast, avoiding the nipple area. The cream should be actively used in the first 2 weeks after childbirth, when milk production regulation occurs. Thereafter, as needed, when symptoms of mastitis arise (tenderness, breast swelling) – apply every 2-3 hours.

The cream is packaged in a plastic tube weighing 80 g.
