Pure Essence DR-VC #28 pure essence with 28% vitamin C

The latest formula MIRA-VC (a derivative of vitamin C) from Dr. Choice, known to many for its star product – the serum with cyanobacteria MAAs.
The serum is perfect for dull and tired skin, including skin damaged by ultraviolet light, as post-traumatic, additional care (after peels, lasers), as well as for those whose care is based on the use of retinoids, particularly tretinoin.

A mono serum containing a vitamin C derivative, patented in Japan under the brand MIRA-VC. Despite the high concentration of provitamin C in the composition – 28%, the serum is ideal even for the most sensitive and dry skin, as scientists have managed to find a solution to the problem of skin irritation by combining the vitamin C derivative (ascorbyl glucoside 2G-AA – a stable provitamin C with high penetration ability and long-lasting effect) with the amino acid arginine. As a result of long experiments, a product with a high concentration of vitamin C was created, while maintaining neutral acidity – a pH level of 6-7. This means that the serum does not cause reactive reactions such as peeling and redness.
In addition to the main ingredient MIRA-VC at a concentration of 28%, the serum’s composition is enriched with natural components aimed at enhanced hydration:
– glycosphingolipids – lipids related to our skin (make up 50% of the natural moisturizing factor of the stratum corneum – this is a “lipid glue” that binds the bricks of the stratum corneum of our skin, and the better this glue, the smoother, more hydrated, and protected our skin is). In the formulations, they are responsible for maintaining the protective function of the skin, for moisturizing, and restoring its hydrolipid mantle.
– hyaluronic acid, hydrolyzed elastin, and collagen – quality skin hydration.
