Directions for use:

1. As a massage oil: After washing, apply a small amount to the scalp or areas of the body that lack moisture and massage in. Proceed to the drying step. Approximate amount: 5 drops for the entire scalp, 3 drops per leg.
2. As a pre-shampoo treatment: Apply the oil to dry scalp before shampooing and massage to remove impurities and lock in moisture. Moisten slightly with water to emulsify the oil, wash it off, and then rinse with shampoo. Approximate amount: 15 drops for the entire scalp.
