Prices: as shown on each product page. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery method and destination. Import duties and taxes of the destination country are not included unless stated otherwise.

Payment method: PayPal only.

Shipping: orders are handed to Japan Post within 5 business days after payment (up to 7 business days for items that require longer supplier delivery within Japan). International transit time depends on the destination and method. We do not ship to the Russian Federation.

Cancellation: you may cancel an order free of charge before it is handed to Japan Post.

Returns: we do not accept voluntary returns of non-defective items after shipment. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping in such cases. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.
